Faculty member in the Area of OB and HRM at AESPGIBM. He deals with subjects related to Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development & Change Management, and Human Resource Development.

He has a hard core teaching experience of 7 years. He has taught in diverse institutes in a variety of programmes ranging from MBA, Development Management, NGO Management, Journalism and Mass Communication. He has taught at institutes like St. Xavier’s Non Formal Education Society, International Centre for Entrepreneurship and community Development (ICECD), Bhavans College of Communication and Management and L J Institute of Management Studies.

He has five years of work experience with Behavioural Science Centre and has got good insight and aptitude in trainings related to self awareness, personality development and OD processes. He has conducted many workshops related to Newspaper writing and Newspaper management.

He has written few case studies and presented a couple of papers in National Seminars.
