Faculty member in the Marketing and Communication area at AES PG IBM, Bijal has been a full time academician since the year 2005 and has been a visiting faculty at various colleges affiliated to Gujarat University at the Masters Degree level prior to that. She has also been a visiting faculty at the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) for their Diploma courses and worked as Academic Associate with IIM-A. She has worked in industry in marketing, consulting and training areas for 4 years prior to joining the academic profession. Her industry experience at India and the south-east encompasses knowledge management, training and development and business development.
